Balenciaga Stock Associate position in Cabazon, California. Full-time role managing inventory, shipping, and store operations. $19–$21/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations; ensure goods are shipped accurately and in timely manner
- Process inter-store transfers correctly and maintain accurate records
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies including shopping bags, sales receipts, tissue paper, and packaging materials
- Process, ship, and track product repairs in partnership with retail management
- Organize stock and ensure merchandise accessibility for the sales team
- Check in new merchandise efficiently and organize back stock to maximize team efficiency
- Execute monthly cycle counts in partnership with management and sales teams to ensure accurate store inventory levels
- Prepare, implement, and execute full store inventory in partnership with management and Inventory Control
- Complete monthly store reconciliation and negative on-hand reports accurately and on schedule
- Assist with implementation of visual displays and merchandising according to company standards
- Communicate visual standards and company information to team members as directed
- Support the sales floor and execute additional projects as assigned by management
- Oversee daily cleaning and physical maintenance of interior and exterior store premises
- Maintain highest standards for fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies functioning and presentation
- Communicate maintenance needs including new fixtures, landscaping, and floor/carpet cleaning requirements
- Ensure adequate supply levels and oversee all maintenance and repair calls to meet company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise
- Proven ability to drive results and meet business objectives
- Demonstrated talent for managing, coaching, and developing team members
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of operational experience in luxury retail environments, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, stock organization, and team coordination.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further retail operations or supply chain certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 21 per hour.
