Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations; ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner
• Process inter-store transfers and verify correct processing in partnership with management
• Maintain and replenish inventory levels of all store supplies, including shopping bags, receipts, tissue paper, and packaging materials
• Process, ship, and track merchandise repairs as needed in coordination with retail management
• Check in new merchandise effectively and organize back stock to maximize accessibility for sales and management teams
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and prepare store reconciliation reports; ensure negative on-hand discrepancies are resolved accurately and submitted on time
• Execute inventory procedures in partnership with management and Inventory Control
• Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation according to company standards; communicate visual standards updates to the team
• Support the sales floor with fulfillment and operational needs as directed
• Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the store interior and exterior; maintain fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies to the highest company standards
• Communicate maintenance and repair needs to ensure all fixtures and facilities meet quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Processing
• Experience with inventory management software systems (e.g., JDA)
• Strong physical capability to lift and move bulk merchandise
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on operational experience within luxury retail environments, with demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, shipping and receiving operations, and back office coordination.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail operations or supply chain certifications preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 23 per hour.
