Balenciaga hiring Social Compliance Specialist in Scandicci, Italy—manage supply chain compliance and supplier governance. From €30,000/year.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor supply chain regulatory compliance and adherence to Kering and Balenciaga standards and procedures
- Manage and execute contractual processes related to supply chain operations, with focus on finished products and all Balenciaga Logistics departments
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, reactivation, and suspension processes while maintaining Kering Group security systems
- Define and implement corrective action plans across the supply chain, managing non-conformities, high non-conformities, and zero-tolerance situations
- Participate in Supply Chain Committee meetings and manage internal and external communications
- Conduct periodic supplier site visits and manage escalations for supply chain critical issues
- Prepare control documentation and corporate reporting, including risk analyses and compliance dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in Compliance and/or Legal domain
- Strong proficiency in English language
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Project Management competencies
- Knowledge of luxury sector and its operational dynamics
- Teamwork orientation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
