Balenciaga Singapore seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer (7-month contract) to lead high-volume retail and corporate recruitment across SEAO.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across the SEAO region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand) for high-volume retail roles and corporate functions, ensuring speed and quality of hire.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies, talent pipelining and market mapping to populate short- and long-term candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, advise on hiring strategy, and align on timelines and selection criteria.
  • Deliver a consistent, brand-aligned candidate experience, maintaining clear communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, track metrics and support regional reporting needs.
  • Coordinate cross-country recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with local hiring practices and labour market nuances.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience with demonstrable exposure to luxury retail hiring.
  • Proven experience recruiting for both retail and corporate positions across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment with speed and efficiency while preserving candidate quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to advise senior hiring managers and HRBPs.
  • Highly organised, resilient and able to manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
  • Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a regional HR team.
