Balenciaga seeks Senior HR Manager for Southeast Asia & Oceania to lead HR strategy and business partnering across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with regional and local business leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities and Group People strategy
  • Lead talent management cycle including performance reviews, calibration, succession planning, and talent mapping
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to ensure timely recruitment of critical roles across the region
  • Design and deploy onboarding, integration, and retention initiatives to strengthen employee experience
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand
  • Manage complex employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, disciplinary cases, and separations
  • Lead HR budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of operating expenses with focus on cost discipline
  • Manage HR data, reports, and workforce analytics to support business decision-making and monitor key metrics
  • Support organizational structure changes, role redefinitions, and workforce adjustments across the region
  • Lead, coach, and develop the local HR team while maintaining performance standards and alignment with regional priorities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 10-12 years of progressive HR experience in luxury retail, fashion, or multi-market business
  • Proven track record in HR business partnering and talent acquisition
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand; Australia market exposure preferred
  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience advantageous

Education
