Balenciaga (Paris) seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to develop apparel graphics and lead concept-to-production artwork.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Graphics and Design team to translate creative direction into cohesive graphic concepts for collections.
  • Research cultural and market references to generate original, brand-aligned design proposals for apparel and accessories.
  • Create, iterate and finalise high-fidelity graphics using advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Design product branding elements including typography, logos, icons, illustrations and colour applications that support storytelling across product lines.
  • Manage the full design workflow from concept and artwork development through technical preparation and production sign-off.
  • Ensure artwork meets seasonal schedules and production specifications, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality control.

Qualifications

  • Minimum eight years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of apparel-focused graphics and finished production artwork.
  • Proven ability to deliver against seasonal deadlines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and accuracy.
  • Strong collaborative skills and capacity to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for streetwear, luxury fashion and contemporary culture.

Experience
