Balenciaga Senior E-Commerce Officer for WeChat and brand site operations in Shanghai. Lead luxury digital commerce strategy and omnichannel excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage WeChat and brand site daily operations, including site traffic optimization, page design, content updates, visual merchandising, and customer service enhancement
- Coordinate with internal marketing, merchandising, logistics, omnichannel, and client service teams to execute strategic business initiatives
- Collaborate with CRM team on customer data acquisition and CDP platform tracking for eCRM KPI monitoring and loyalty program execution
- Monitor business performance and identify operational improvement opportunities through regular reporting and analysis
- Oversee digital asset management and content alignment by working with global creative teams and regional marketing departments
- Lead IT Change Request prioritization and manage technology projects including budget planning, business requirement alignment, UI/UX validation, and UAT processes
- Manage internal financial, legal, and compliance procedures including contract documentation, expense applications, and third-party vendor management
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of minimum experience managing eCommerce accounts and operations
- Demonstrated experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, or Luxury industry with brand website and WeChat mini program operations
- Proficiency with content management systems and order management systems
- Strong capability to manage and coordinate internal and external resources
- Fluent English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with proactive approach and commitment to continuous learning
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask efficiently
- Team player with strong work ethic and results-driven orientation

Experience
3–4 years of progressive experience in eCommerce operations management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, beauty, or cosmetics sectors. Demonstrated success managing digital sales channels, executing cross-functional projects, and optimizing omnichannel customer experiences. Strong track record of partnering with marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to drive business growth and operational excellence.
