Balenciaga Paris seeks Senior Client Ambassador to drive luxury retail excellence through personalized client engagement and mentorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize store performance by meeting individual sales objectives while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and styling expert for every client
- Master client conversation by engaging with curiosity and subtlety, asking thoughtful questions to understand lifestyle, preferences, and intentions
- Translate active listening into action by curating precise product selections and proposing complementary pieces with ease and credibility
- Enrich client interactions with cultural references—art, design, gastronomy, collecting—to create memorable and meaningful dialogues
- Identify client cues and opportunities to naturally introduce relevant and exclusive pieces from the collection
- Build and develop a strong, diverse client portfolio through consistent, thoughtful, and personalized engagement
- Act as a clienteling role model within the team, elevating collective standards by sharing best practices and encouraging authentic interactions
- Contribute to the store's clienteling strategy by supporting client acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives
- Bridge the House and its clients by translating creative vision clearly and inspiringly to both loyal and new audiences
- Represent the Maison beyond the boutique during private appointments and external events
- Ensure operational excellence by supporting key store responsibilities including opening and closing procedures and adherence to all guidelines
Qualifications
- Solid, proven experience in luxury retail within High Fashion, Couture, or Luxury Maisons with a strong clienteling culture
- Successful track record in client portfolio development, exceptional customer retention, and clienteling-driven sales performance
- Strong sense of observation and emotional intelligence with genuine curiosity and cultural awareness
- Natural ability to build meaningful connections through shared interests and agile conversation
- Commercial drive balanced with elegance and restraint in client interactions
- Natural leadership and coaching mindset with ability to elevate team standards
- Fluent in French and English; mastery of a third language is a strong asset

Experience
Solid and proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within High Fashion, Couture, or Luxury Maisons with a strong clienteling culture. Demonstrated track record of success in client portfolio development, exceptional customer retention, and clienteling-driven sales performance within a high-touch, personalized retail environment.
