Balenciaga S&OP Transformation & Business Analysis Intern in Paris. Support luxury transformation program in planning & operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of a transversal S&OP transformation program alongside the Program Manager
  • Contribute to business and data analyses that support planning decisions
  • Assist in structuring processes, reporting frameworks, and transformation deliverables
  • Develop a deep understanding of how planning, systems, and business decisions interconnect within a luxury environment
  • Support the deployment of large-scale transformation initiatives, including rollout coordination of processes, tools, and ways of working across teams
  • Manage project coordination activities including planning, scheduling, follow-up, and delivery tracking related to the transformation program

Qualifications

  • Enrolled as a student in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with strong interest in data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Anaplan, and/or programming skills highly advantageous
  • Structured, rigorous, and detail-oriented approach with strong synthesis and synthesis capabilities
  • Curious, proactive disposition with demonstrated ability to thrive in complex transformation environments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is valued
