Role & Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a transversal S&OP transformation program alongside the Program Manager
• Contribute to business and data analyses that support planning decisions
• Assist in structuring processes, reporting frameworks, and transformation deliverables
• Develop a deep understanding of how planning, systems, and business decisions interconnect within a luxury environment
• Support the deployment of large-scale transformation initiatives, including rollout coordination of processes, tools, and ways of working across teams
• Manage project coordination activities including planning, scheduling, follow-up, and delivery tracking related to the transformation program

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
• Demonstrated analytical mindset with strong interest in data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Anaplan, and/or programming skills highly advantageous
• Structured, rigorous, and detail-oriented approach with strong synthesis and synthesis capabilities
• Curious, proactive disposition with demonstrated ability to thrive in complex transformation environments
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is valued

Skills

Experience

No prior professional experience required; academic background or coursework in supply chain, operations, planning, or business analysis is beneficial. Exposure to transformation projects or process improvement initiatives is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled student in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related academic discipline; Bachelor's-level studies or equivalent preferred.
