Balenciaga seeks a Samples Coordinator in Paris to manage collection logistics for visual projects, styling campaigns, and production teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate collection bookings via Fashion GPS to ensure visibility of sample borrowing and project allocation
- Register, track, and label seasonal sample sets and archive new collections each season
- Manage sample shipments and returns internally and externally to stylists, contributors, and partner teams
- Monitor physical condition of samples and coordinate cleaning or repair with atelier teams as needed
- Prepare and organize samples for transport to styling sessions and shooting days
- Assist with coordination and setup of styling and fitting sessions
- Maintain sample inventory alignment between Fashion GPS and showroom storage systems
- Update and maintain contact files and tracking information regularly
- Provide clear reporting on sample activity and logistics upon request
- Identify priorities and handle last-minute requests according to project schedules
- Manage inventory of commercial samples in the archive stocking space
- Ensure Image showroom space remains clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times
Qualifications
- First professional experience in a similar samples coordination or logistics role
- Proficiency with Fashion GPS or similar inventory management software
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong multitasking ability with capacity to manage multiple concurrent requests
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven autonomy and proactive problem-solving approach
