Balenciaga Paris seeks a Sales Intern (Stage vente) for a 6‑month retail internship on Avenue Montaigne, starting June 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and participate in the sales ceremony, providing personalised advice and service at point of sale.
- Present Balenciaga image and products with accurate, brand‑appropriate styling and merchandising.
- Support follow-up of alterations and tailorings, liaising with in‑house or external ateliers as required.
- Collect and update client contact details and contribute to the client file database.
- Assist with goods reception: labelling, tagging and visual placement on the sales floor.
- Support replenishment, stock arrangement and general boutique housekeeping.
- Participate in inventory preparation and stock counts.
- Provide operational support in stock room organisation and housekeeping tasks.
Qualifications
- Interest in luxury prêt‑à‑porter, accessories and/or footwear; product and fashion sensitivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with active listening and persuasive service orientation.
- Professional presentation and strong customer‑service mindset.
- Operational English proficiency (oral and written).
- Open to candidates at the beginning of a retail career; reliable and team‑oriented.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level internship position; suitable for candidates with little or no prior professional retail experience but with a strong appetite for luxury fashion. The role is a 6‑month placement with availability required from June 2026.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a higher education programme (Bachelor's or Master's) in fashion, business, retail management or a related discipline is preferred.
