Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store team and Store Director in daily sales operations, including client reception and advisory during the sales ceremony.
- Deliver an appropriate, brand-aligned presentation of Balenciaga products and image on the shop floor.
- Assist with reception, labelling and merchandising of incoming product and participate in visual replenishment and shop housekeeping.
- Contribute to stock organisation and support the preparation and execution of inventories.
- Collect and update client contact information and maintain the customer file; assist with follow-up on alterations.
Qualifications
- Currently available for a 3-month internship beginning in early June (availability from June required).
- Entry-level candidate with a demonstrable interest in luxury prêt-à-porter, accessories and/or footwear.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive listening and strong customer-service orientation.
- Polished personal presentation, commercial sense and persuasive ability.
- Developed product and fashion sensitivity; operational English (spoken and written).

Experience
Open to candidates at the start of their retail career; previous retail or luxury internship experience is advantageous but not required. The position suits a proactive trainee eager to learn boutique operations and client service in a high-end environment.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant tertiary programme (e.g., fashion, retail, business or related field) or equivalent vocational training appropriate for an internship.
