Balenciaga Sales Intern in Cannes — 4‑month retail internship starting May 2026 supporting client service, merchandising and stock.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique sales team in the full client experience: welcome, advise and serve customers on the sales floor.
- Present Balenciaga products and brand image with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collect and update client contact information and contribute to the customer database (clienteling).
- Assist with receipt, tagging, merchandising and visual presentation of merchandise.
- Contribute to stock replenishment, store housekeeping and organisation of the back‑of‑house.
- Support preparation and execution of inventory counts.
- Coordinate follow‑up for alterations and provide administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a retail, fashion, business or related programme preferred.
- Entry‑level candidate; prior luxury retail experience is not required but a strong interest in luxury prêt‑à‑porter, accessories or footwear is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive listening and a client‑service mindset.
- Polished personal presentation and persuasive customer approach.
- Highly developed product and fashion awareness.
- Operational level of English, both written and spoken; availability to start in early May for a four‑month internship.
