Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales by building, maintaining and growing a detailed client portfolio.
- Deliver Balenciaga’s service standards at every touchpoint, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and after-sales follow-up.
- Engage clients authentically to establish long-term relationships, from welcome to aftercare.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet individual and store targets while demonstrating professional communication and teamwork.
- Coordinate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil specific client requests.
- Report client activity and market trends to inform merchandising and commercial decisions.
- Maintain store presentation and organisation in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within luxury retail or a position with transferable client-facing skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
- Strong product sensitivity and up-to-date knowledge of fashion and market trends.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong administrative capabilities and digital literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a comparable client-facing sales role with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury sales preferred.
