Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate in Taoyuan City, Taiwan — a client-facing retail role delivering luxury service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Balenciaga brand in-person, delivering a polished, client-focused experience across the entire buying journey.
- Advise clients on product features, fit and styling, presenting collections according to brand visual and service standards.
- Proactively build and manage client relationships through personalised selling, follow-up and clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective conversion techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation in line with brand guidelines, ensuring product displays and store standards are immaculate.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and handle cash/card procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory controls and loss-prevention measures.
- Collaborate with store management and omnichannel teams to fulfil client orders and contribute to a seamless retail experience across channels.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service orientation with a polished, client-centric manner appropriate for luxury retail.
- Prior retail experience, ideally within a premium or luxury fashion environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Excellent presentation skills and understanding of luxury merchandising standards.
- Strong numeracy, reliability and attention to detail for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of frontline retail or high-end customer service experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail or sales training is an asset.
