Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate in Serris (La Vallée Village), France — permanent boutique role focused on client advisory and luxury retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary welcome, personalised styling advice and close sales with a client‑centred approach.
  • Present Balenciaga image and merchandise accurately, advising on product features across ready‑to‑wear, accessories and footwear.
  • Develop client relationships and grow the customer file through follow‑up, reactivation and tailored outreach.
  • Process transactions, including cash handling and tax‑free (détaxe) procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor alterations and ensure quality control for customer orders.
  • Receive, tag, merchandize and replenish stock on the sales floor; maintain boutique presentation standards.
  • Participate in stock organization, cycle counts and full inventories; contribute to quantitative and qualitative reporting.

Qualifications

  • Confirmed professional experience in luxury ready‑to‑wear and/or accessories or footwear sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening ability and a persuasive, service‑oriented demeanour.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a developed sense of fashion and product sensitivity.
  • Demonstrable clienteling experience; possession of an existing client book is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English; proficiency in an additional language is desirable.

Experience
