Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality welcome, personalised advice and sales to a discerning clientele, representing Balenciaga’s image and product codes.
- Execute clienteling activities: record and update client data, follow up and proactively relaunch clients to grow revenue and the customer file.
- Perform point‑of‑sale operations including cashiering and tax‑free (détaxe) processing accurately.
- Manage product flow: receive shipments, label and merchandise product, replenish shop floor and maintain boutique presentation.
- Coordinate and monitor alterations and after‑sales service for clients.
- Prepare for and participate in physical inventories; maintain organised back‑of‑house stock.
- Contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting for the boutique (sales performance, stock status, client metrics).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury ready‑to‑wear and/or accessories and/or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening and a strong service orientation; persuasive with an impeccable presentation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity; ideally holds an existing personal client file.
- Fluent in English (bilingual); proficiency in an additional language is strongly desirable.

Confirmed track record in luxury retail sales, demonstrating consistent client development, strong conversion rates and experience handling high‑value merchandise.
