Balenciaga Sales Associate position in Seoul—represent the luxury fashion house whilst delivering exceptional retail service and building client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales performance whilst delivering superior customer service and after-sales support
- Monitor and analyze market and fashion trends alongside evolving business environments
- Reinforce teamwork by supporting colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving departmental objectives
- Strengthen brand culture both within and outside the organization whilst ensuring premium customer experience delivery
- Actively develop new clientele and systematically deepen relationships with existing customers
