Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support
- Stay informed of market and fashion trends as well as the broader business environment
- Strengthen teamwork by supporting colleagues in delivering superior customer experiences and achieving targets
- Foster brand culture both internally and externally while ensuring outstanding customer engagement
- Actively develop new customer relationships and continuously nurture existing ones
- Assist management in maintaining store procedures and operational standards
Qualifications
