Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate in Seoul to deliver luxury customer experiences and drive store revenue through brand representation and expert service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Balenciaga brand through exemplary conduct and brand-aligned behaviour
- Maximize store sales revenue while maintaining exemplary service standards and after-sales support
- Actively develop new client relationships while nurturing existing customers through consistent engagement and personalized service
- Stay informed of market trends, fashion developments, and evolving business conditions to provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance
- Support management team in maintaining store procedures and operational standards
