Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store revenue through active customer engagement and strategic sales execution
- Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to both new and existing clients
- Actively develop new customer relationships whilst cultivating long-term loyalty with existing clientele
- Support the management team in maintaining store procedures and visual presentation standards
- Monitor market trends, fashion developments, and competitive landscape to inform customer conversations
- Strengthen team dynamics by supporting colleagues in achieving customer experience and sales targets

Qualifications
