Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Balenciaga’s signature client experience to internal and external customers and represent the brand’s image at all times.
- Maximise store sales through proactive client acquisition, relationship development and effective upselling/cross‑selling.
- Provide exceptional customer service including after‑sales care and follow‑up to cultivate long‑term loyalty.
- Support the management team in daily store operations and ensure adherence to store procedures, visual standards and loss‑prevention policies.
- Monitor local market and fashion trends to inform client conversations and product recommendations.
- Strengthen team performance by supporting colleagues to achieve service excellence and sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable understanding of luxury product aesthetics and the ability to embody Balenciaga’s brand values in appearance and behaviour.
- Proven aptitude for client development and relationship management within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
- Customer‑centric mindset with excellent verbal communication and after‑sales service skills.
- Positive, proactive team player who contributes to a collaborative and motivating store environment.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales is required, with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
