Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver Balenciaga’s signature customer service in‑store to both internal and external clients, consistently representing the brand image and values.
  • Maximise boutique sales through proactive clientelling, personalised service and skilled product presentation.
  • Provide high‑quality after‑sales service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor market dynamics and fashion trends to inform sales approach and client conversations.
  • Support colleagues to strengthen team performance and ensure achievement of store targets and KPIs.
  • Develop new clients proactively and cultivate enduring relationships with existing clients through regular outreach and personalised follow‑up.
  • Reinforce brand culture internally and externally by adhering to Balenciaga behavioural standards and visual guidelines.
  • Assist the management team with store procedures, compliance and daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable understanding of Balenciaga’s aesthetic and the ability to act in alignment with the brand’s image and values.
  • Strong interest in the luxury market and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion trends relevant to client development.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deliver premium service and after‑sales support.
  • Proactive, positive team player who contributes to a constructive working environment and collaborative store culture.

Experience

Previous retail experience is required; experience in luxury fashion or high‑end retail and proven clientelling ability are strongly preferred. Experience contributing to sales targets and delivering after‑sales service is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in fashion, retail or a related field is a plus.
