Role & Responsibilities

- Achieve individual and store sales goals to drive business growth.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with team members.
- Manage visual merchandising in line with Balenciaga standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor.
- Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
- Adhere to Balenciaga grooming standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, department store sales, or customer service.
- Preferred experience with luxury brands.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is advantageous.
