- Update and monitor customer information using company tools to retain existing customers and identify new potential clients.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to the overall business development.

- Assist in managing product displays in accordance with Balenciaga's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, complying with corporate policies.
- Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.

Qualifications
- Experience in retail, department store sales, or service industries.
- Previous experience with luxury brands is preferred.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is advantageous.
