Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and sell to clients while delivering an elevated luxury service experience.
  • Present and maintain the Balenciaga brand image and merchandise to exacting visual standards.
  • Provide personalised styling and product recommendations to drive sales and expand the client database.
  • Process payments and manage tax‑free (détaxe) procedures accurately.
  • Coordinate and follow up on garment alterations and after‑sales service.
  • Maintain client follow‑up and proactive re‑engagement through updates to the CRM.
  • Receive, tag, merchandise and replenish stock; ensure boutique housekeeping and stockroom organisation.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in inventories and stock counts.
  • Contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting for the Boutique Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury ready‑to‑wear and/or accessories and/or footwear sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening ability and a persuasive, service‑oriented demeanour.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with a luxury house.
  • Highly developed product and fashion sensibility; ideally in possession of an established client file.
  • Fluency in English and Russian (as specified).

Experience

Confirmed, demonstrable experience in luxury retail sales—preferably within ready‑to‑wear, accessories or footwear—showing a track record of meeting sales targets, managing high‑value clientele and maintaining client files.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or formal training in fashion or retail is a plus.
