Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a strong, thoroughly updated client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent delivery of Balenciaga service standards and brand values
- Engage clients by cultivating authentic, long-term relationships from initial greeting through after-sales support
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and expertise in communication and teamwork
- Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil client requests
- Provide ongoing feedback on client activity and market trends to support business development
- Maintain display and visual organization of all retail spaces according to visual merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar sales or clienteling role, or demonstrated transferable skills from related positions
- Strong product sensitivity and comprehensive knowledge of market and fashion trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Capability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently
- Excellent administrative and digital proficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, German, and Dutch
- Valid right to work in the Netherlands
