Balenciaga Sales Associate position in Roermond, Netherlands. Join the new store opening and deliver luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results throughout the store by building and maintaining a strong and thoroughly updated client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction by consistently providing Balenciaga's signature service standards and brand values
- Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships from the welcoming moment through after-sales assistance
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and expertise in all behaviors, including communication and teamwork
- Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests
- Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends to inform business strategy
- Maintain display and organization of all areas in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar retail or sales role, or a role with transferrable customer-facing competencies
- Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of luxury market and fashion trends
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Strong administration and digital skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch
- Legal right to work in the Netherlands

Proven experience in a similar role or in a position with transferrable skill set, preferably within luxury retail or high-end fashion environments.
Education
No specific formal qualifications required; secondary education or equivalent recommended.
