Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales by proactively developing and maintaining a thoroughly updated client portfolio.
  • Deliver Balenciaga’s service standards at every client touchpoint, from greeting to after‑sales care.
  • Cultivate authentic, long‑term client relationships through personalised advice and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and to fulfil client requests.
  • Report client activity, sales opportunities and market trends to management to inform commercial decisions.
  • Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping guidelines to maintain an elevated boutique environment.
  • Exhibit consistent professionalism in communication and teamwork, contributing to a cohesive sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales or a role with transferable customer‑facing skills, preferably within luxury fashion.
  • High level of product sensitivity and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion market and trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Existing legal right to work in the Netherlands.
