Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar retail or client‑facing role, or equivalent transferable skills.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Existing legal right to work in the Netherlands.
- High attention to detail and the capacity to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and comfortable using digital tools for sales and client management.
- Firm product sensitivity with good knowledge of fashion and market trends.

Experience
Proven experience in a similar sales or client‑facing retail role, or demonstrable transferable experience within fashion or luxury retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, customer service or fashion preferred.
