Balenciaga Paris: Sales Associate position in luxury fashion retail, full-time permanent contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet, consult with, and provide sales assistance to clientele with personalized styling recommendations
- Present Balenciaga's image and product offerings in an articulate, contextually appropriate manner
- Provide tailored client guidance to drive sales revenue and develop an active client file
- Process transactions and manage tax-free administrative procedures
- Track and coordinate garment alterations and client follow-up communications
- Capture and maintain client contact information and update internal customer database
- Receive, label, price, and merchandise incoming inventory
- Execute stock replenishment, arrangement, and store housekeeping protocols
- Prepare for and participate actively in inventory counts
- Contribute to quantitative and qualitative store performance reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear retail sales, accessories, or footwear
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated capacity for active listening
- Natural persuasiveness with polished presentation and service-oriented demeanor
- Well-developed product and fashion sensibility with existing personal client portfolio
- Bilingual fluency in English; ideally a third language proficiency
