Balenciaga, Paris: Three-month Sales Associate contract in luxury ready-to-wear retail. English and third language required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and assist clients with personalized sales counsel to develop sales revenue and client database
- Present Balenciaga merchandise with appropriate styling and brand-aligned communication to enhance customer experience
- Process cash transactions and duty-free documentation with accuracy
- Track tailoring requests and follow up with clients on completion
- Maintain and update client records while conducting outreach to foster long-term relationships
- Receive incoming merchandise, apply pricing labels, and arrange product displays
- Replenish inventory and maintain organized stockroom and retail floor
- Participate in physical inventory counts and stock management
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative store performance reports
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear retail sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong capacity for active listening
- Persuasive communication ability with exceptional presentation standards and service orientation
- Highly developed fashion and product sensitivity
- Fluent English; ideally proficiency in a third language
- Ideally possesses established personal client base
