Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and sell to clients.
- Present Balenciaga's image and products effectively.
- Provide personalized advice to enhance sales and client database.
- Handle transactions and manage tax refunds.
- Oversee alterations and client follow-ups.
- Collect client information for database updates.
- Receive, label, and display products.
- Replenish products and maintain store organization.
- Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client base.
- Bilingual in English, with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Demonstrated experience in luxury fashion sales, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
