Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate in Paris to enhance customer experience and drive sales. The role involves personalized client service, product presentation, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have luxury retail experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and be fluent in English, with additional language skills preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized advice and service to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Present Balenciaga's image and products in a compelling and relevant manner.
- Develop sales and client database through personalized customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle transactions, including tax refunds, and manage alterations.
- Maintain client relationships through follow-up communications.
- Collect and update client information for the customer database.
- Receive, label, and display products, ensuring the boutique is well-stocked and organized.
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts.
- Organize stock and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Persuasive with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Highly developed product and fashion sensitivity, ideally with an existing client base.
- Fluent in English and ideally proficient in a third language.
