Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance to clients.
  • Present the Balenciaga brand and products in a compelling manner.
  • Offer personalized advice to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Handle transactions and manage tax refund processes.
  • Oversee alterations and follow-up with clients.
  • Maintain client records and update customer database.
  • Receive, label, and display new merchandise.
  • Replenish stock and maintain store organization.
  • Prepare and participate in inventory counts.
  • Organize stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury fashion retail, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Persuasive with a strong sense of service and presentation. Highly developed fashion and product sensitivity. Bilingual in English with proficiency in a third language preferred.

Experience

Candidates must have confirmed experience in luxury fashion sales, particularly in ready-to-wear, accessories, or footwear.
