Role & Responsibilities

- Engage clients by establishing authentic and long-term relationships, from initial contact to after-sales service.
- Demonstrate professionalism and expertise in all interactions, including communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client demands.
- Provide ongoing feedback on client activity and market trends.
- Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Product sensitivity and comprehensive knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong administrative and digital skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
