Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate (CDI) in Monaco — boutique retail role reporting to the Boutique Manager; fluent English and luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and sell to clients with high standards of personalised service
- Present products and the Balenciaga brand image with consistency and attention to detail
- Develop client relationships to grow revenue and maintain the client database
- Process payments and manage tax-free (détaxe) procedures
- Coordinate and follow-up on alterations and customer requests
- Perform client follow-up and proactive re-engagement
- Capture client contact details and update CRM/customer files
- Receive, price, label and merchandise inbound product
- Replenish shop floor, maintain boutique presentation and stock organisation
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts
- Maintain orderly stockroom and contribute to qualitative and quantitative reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales — ready-to-wear and/or accessories and/or footwear
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high capacity for listening and client rapport
- Persuasive, impeccably presented and service-oriented
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity; ideally brings an existing client portfolio
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage

Experience
Demonstrated track record in luxury retail sales, with practical experience engaging high-net-worth clients, developing a client book and meeting sales objectives within a boutique environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury sales or fashion appreciated.
