Balenciaga Monaco is hiring a Sales Associate (contract). Boutique retail role reporting to the Store Manager — experienced luxury sales professional required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise and sell to clients, delivering a tailored, high-end service consistent with the Balenciaga image
  • Drive personal and store sales through clientelling, personalised styling and proactive follow-up to develop the client file
  • Manage point-of-sale operations including transactions and tax-free (détaxe) procedures
  • Receive, tag, merchandise and replenish merchandise on the sales floor; maintain boutique presentation standards
  • Coordinate alterations and follow-up with clients on orders and services
  • Manage stockroom organisation and assist with inventory preparation and counts
  • Record and update client contact details and contribute to qualitative and quantitative sales reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience in luxury prêt-à-porter, accessories and/or footwear
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening ability and a persuasive, service-oriented manner
  • Polished personal presentation and a pronounced sensitivity to product and fashion trends
  • Demonstrable clienteling capability; possession of a personal client file is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is desirable
