Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a strong, thoroughly updated client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction by consistently delivering Balenciaga's standards of service and brand values
- Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships from greeting through after-sales support
- Provide expert product knowledge and fashion market insights to clients
