Balenciaga is hiring a Sales Associate at Harrods in London to drive store sales and deliver exceptional client experiences within the luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a thoroughly updated client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistently delivering Balenciaga service standards and brand values
- Engage clients by establishing authentic, long-term relationships from initial welcoming through after-sales support
- Provide the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and communication in all interactions and team settings
- Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil client requests
- Deliver regular feedback on client activity and market trends to the management team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization across all retail areas per brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar retail sales role or role with transferrable skillset
- Product sensitivity with strong knowledge of market and fashion trends
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong digital and administrative skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
