Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by building and maintaining a strong, regularly updated client portfolio
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction through delivery of Balenciaga service standards and brand values
- Engage clients by cultivating authentic, long-term relationships from welcome through post-sale support
- Maintain professional expertise and excellence in all communications and team interactions
- Collaborate with stock and logistics teams to ensure product availability and fulfill client requests
- Provide ongoing feedback on client activity, sales performance, and emerging market trends
- Maintain visual presentation and organization of all retail areas in accordance with merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a comparable customer-facing role

- Capability to function both collaboratively and independently within a team structure
- Proficiency in retail administration systems and digital platforms

Education
