Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales by building, maintaining and converting a strong, up-to-date client portfolio.
  • Deliver Balenciaga’s service standards at every touchpoint, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction from welcome to after-sales.
  • Develop authentic, long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and personalised advice.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Solid administrative aptitude and demonstrable digital literacy for client records and reporting.
