The part-time Sales Associate contributes to store sales by delivering Balenciaga’s signature service, supporting the management team, and representing the brand. Responsibilities include customer service, stock replenishment, merchandise and product quality standards, store presentation, and compliance with store processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to store sales by delivering Balenciaga’s signature service to internal and external clients.
- Support the management team and represent the Balenciaga brand and image.
- Provide excellent, professional customer service.
- Replenish stock and maintain high merchandise standards, product presentation, and product quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, and ensure the grooming and appearance of all areas meet visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with and follow-up on all store processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is a plus.
- Product and fashion sensitivity, with good knowledge of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
