Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales revenue while delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, fashion developments, and business environment dynamics on a regular basis
- Support colleagues in achieving customer experience goals and sales targets to strengthen team cohesion
- Reinforce brand culture both internally and externally while ensuring elevated customer experiences
- Actively develop new client relationships while consistently nurturing existing clientele
