Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize store sales and revenue while delivering superior customer service and after-sales support
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market and fashion trends, and monitor the competitive business environment on a regular basis
- Strengthen team collaboration by supporting colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving performance targets
