Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively drive sales by building, maintaining and regularly updating a robust client portfolio.
- Deliver Balenciaga’s signature service standards across the full client journey, from reception to after-sales care.
- Establish authentic, long-term client relationships through thoughtful engagement and personalised styling advice.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil specific client requests.
- Monitor and report on client activity, market signals and fashion trends to inform store strategy.
- Uphold visual merchandising guidelines and maintain presentation and organisation of boutique areas.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all communications and contribute positively to team cohesion and store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in a similar role or demonstrable transferable experience within premium or luxury retail.
- Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail, a strong sense of product sensitivity and thorough knowledge of market and fashion trends.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced boutique environment.
- Strong administrative and digital aptitude to manage client records and sales processes.

Experience
Proven experience in a sales role—ideally within luxury or premium retail—or equivalent transferable experience demonstrating client development, achievement of sales targets and familiarity with boutique operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, luxury retail, business or a related field is advantageous.
