Balenciaga is hiring a Sales Associate in Dubai to represent the brand, advise clients and drive sales in its luxury boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand at all client touchpoints and deliver an exemplary luxury retail experience in line with Balenciaga standards.
  • Guide clients through the buying journey, advise on product features and styling, and present the collection according to visual and merchandising guidelines.
  • Proactively develop client relationships and execute clienteling activities to maximise conversion and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain floor standards including merchandising, stock replenishment and housekeeping to preserve the brand environment.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and support after-sales service, exchanges and repairs as required.
  • Comply with loss-prevention procedures, cash handling and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Demonstrable understanding of luxury product care, materials and styling.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Experience
