Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer service and after‑sales care to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively develop new clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers through personalised clienteling and follow-up.
- Represent the Balenciaga brand and visual identity consistently in all customer interactions and store activities.
