Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while enhancing and expanding the business
- Deliver exceptional customer service with comprehensive product knowledge and fluency in Balenciaga heritage, positioning, and client journey principles
- Build and maintain an accurate, detailed client book with meaningful data capture and provide regular contact and follow-up on all sales inquiries and client requests
- Research current fashion trends and historical context to inform client consultations and provide strategic styling guidance during sales interactions
- Foster collaborative team relationships through open communication, constructive dialogue, and proactive problem-solving
- Execute daily operational tasks in accordance with company protocols and procedures
