Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while continuously enhancing and developing business performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences with demonstrated product knowledge and fluency in Balenciaga's brand narrative and positioning
- Maintain an active, accurate, and well-organized client book with meaningful customer data, providing regular outreach and follow-up on all sales and customer inquiries
- Research current fashion trends and brand history, integrating this knowledge into the sales process to advise clients appropriately
